Scott’s role is as a “Buyer Coordinator”. Scott’s responsibilities include identifying new homes that have become available and communicating this information to you if the home fits your profile. Also Scott will monitor the daily activity of your purchase process.
Liz Bone - Your Real Estate Consultant
Liz has been selling real estate since 1985 and has developed a “TEAM” to provide daily and consistent results for every Buyer and Seller to meet their Real Estate goals. Liz’s role is to be your advisor, both personal and professionally, support and control all negotiations and provide her professional expertise to nurture your transaction to closure.
We each have our respective responsibilities but are very much synchronized and understand each of our clients needs. We are “all” here to support you at any time.
